2.1 Account Provisioning — External Customers

Customers receive access through their GTRSafePro account representative:
- Account creation with SSO/MFA configuration.
- Role assignment (Admin or Analyst).
- API key provisioning for programmatic access.
- Webhook configuration for async completion callbacks.
To log in: navigate to https://GTRSafePro.com/, complete account registration (including password and 2FA setup) via the activation link sent to your registered email, then sign in with your password and 2FA.
2.2 Roles and Permissions
